Welcome to the Domizil am Park

The prices specified apply to the complete holiday home and are, depending on the season, as follows:

Price List Holiday Home Domizil am Park:

off-peak season €  100,00/night

peak season      € 125,00/night

(peak season from May 18, 2024 to Sep 14, 2024)

Visitor's tax:

Visitor's tax is 3,50€ per night/person from 01.4. to 31.10.2024

Visitor's tax is 1,50€ per night/person in the rest of the year.

Children younger than 16 years are for free.

The amount will be charged to the tenant in addition to the prices above.

Deposit:   

The deposit is 150.00€. In case of additional costs due to damage or increased cleaning effort, part of the deposit will be withheld. The (remaining) deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks after departure.

Options: 

Optional we offer an intermediate cleaning each 75.-- EUR.

(including change of towels and bed linnen)

An additional towel package can be booked as follows::

  5.-- EUR for 2 persons

10.-- EUR for 4 persons

Minimum rental period:

The holiday home can be rented starting from 7 nights.

During holiday seasons we prefer your stay saturaday - to - saturday.

Please contact us in advance in case of shorter bookings. In this case, an extra charge of 15.00€/night will be applied.
